Bruce Holmes, Realtor and Handyman

A licensed real estate agent for more than 18 years, Bruce recently transitioned to a different role in real estate – that of handyman. Once items are noted that need repair or enhancement, Bruce can make things inspection and show-ready. Bruce’s role as handyman is incredibly important to expediting a sale. Having everything in top working order is always advantageous to the seller. Buyers also benefit, with the knowledge that the home they buy is move-in ready. Bruce can repair plumbing and electrical issues, perform minor drywall repairs and fix just about anything needing attention that doesn’t involve major structural changes. Bruce’s handyman expertise combined with his honesty, integrity and commitment to clear communication make him a valuable asset to the JW Real Estate team (as well as to the clients who retain him!).

In his spare time, Bruce enjoys woodworking in his heated garage. He and his wife Judy also enjoy making regular trips to Chicago to spend time with their two year old grandson (and their son and daughter-in-law too!)
